The past week I’ve been exploring the functionality of the Starcraft II editor. I discovered that the internal game clock operates at an interval of of a game second. Using the programming features in the map editor it’s possible to create a map that reports the positions of a moving unit. If the position of a unit is reported at an interval less than of a game second, then some of the positions will be duplicate. If the positions are reported an interval of game seconds, each position will be reported twice.
